Abbruch bei Onlinebestellung

Moin,

ich habe eben online einen Prepaid-M Auftrag bestellt. Nachdem die Zahlung per KK erfolgte wurde die Verbindung unterbrochen. Ich habe jetzt also absolut keine Unterlagen, keine Bestätig..., nichts.

Wie komme ich jetzt an meine bestellte eSim?
