Alte Adresse bei VideoIdent

Guten Tag,

ich habe schon Telekom Internet zu Hause und bin zufrieden.  

Heute habe ich einen neuen Mobilfunkvertrag bestellt. Meine Nummer kommt von einem anderen Anbieter.  

Beim VideoIdent gab es ein Problem. Der Mitarbeiter hat meine alte Adresse im System gesehen. Auf meinem Ausweis steht aber schon meine neue Adresse.  

In meinem Profil sehe ich überall meine neue Adresse. Ich verstehe nicht, warum im VideoIdent die alte Adresse angezeigt wurde.  

Meine Frage:  

Wie kann ich meine alte Adresse im System auf meine neue Adresse ändern, damit es auch in meinem neuen Vertrag richtig ist?

      vermutlich müssen Sie hier ein wenig warten, bis das Telekom Team draufschauen kann, könnte ähnlich sein zu:

      thank you for your answer.

      The typo is not in my id card. Rather, the typo (with issued by field) is in your system.

      if you could check issued by field in my id details on the system against my home address in your system, you can realize the typo.

      Thanks for your clarification. Unfortunately, I’m unable to make any changes to orders placed online.

      In this case, you would need to place a new order with the correct information.

      It will not matter even I create a new order. Because there is still wrong information in your system.

      At first time I created the order, I entered my up-to-date address into the order. However, the system was pulling the previous address even I entered my address on the system.
