Apple Watch eSim Übertragung funktioniert nicht

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe 2 vorhandene eSims auf neue Geräte (Apple Watch 7) übertragen. Die Übertragung wird im Kundencenter auch korrekt angezeigt. Auf den Uhren wird auch der Status "verbunden" angezeigt. Dennoch kann mit den Uhren ohne jeweiliges iPhone nicht telefoniert werden.

Mit einer Uhr ging das wohl, bis zum Upgrade auf WatchOS 8.3.
