Auto top-up was removed from the system

Hello, 

I had the auto-topup instructions set since I started the service, but I received a message that the bundle will not be renewed, and noticed that the auto-topup instructions were gone!

Can someone contact me regarding this issue?

      Thanks for the hint.

      I agree with you, automatic topup that's no longer working once also starting from here.

      Maybe Telekom ist reorganising this automatic feature to introduce SEPA.

      Will there be a SEPA based direct debit next time?

      Would be interesting to know how the MApp is operating in this case?

      Will non-MApp users get any information regarding this issue?

      I’m not aware of any switch to SEPA, so for now, I’m ruling out that aspect. :-)

      As discussed, I will try again tomorrow to cancel the automatic top-up. If that doesn’t work, I’ll submit a ticket to my backend. If it does work, I’ll give you feedback here and we’ll check it together. :-) Until then, I wish you a great start to the weekend! :-)
