Auto top-up was removed from the system

Hello, 

I had the auto-topup instructions set since I started the service, but I received a message that the bundle will not be renewed, and noticed that the auto-topup instructions were gone!

Can someone contact me regarding this issue?

      Thanks for the hint.

      I agree with you, automatic topup that's no longer working once also starting from here.

      Maybe Telekom ist reorganising this automatic feature to introduce SEPA.

      Qs to Teamie who will read this:

      Will there be a SEPA based direct debit next time?

      Would be interesting to know how the MApp is operating in this case?

      Will non-MApp users get any information regarding this issue?

      I’m not aware of any switch to SEPA, so for now, I’m ruling out that aspect. :-)

      As discussed, I will try again tomorrow to cancel the automatic top-up. If that doesn’t work, I’ll submit a ticket to my backend. If it does work, I’ll give you feedback here and we’ll check it together. :-) Until then, I wish you a great start to the weekend! :-)

      Unfortunately, I'm still unable to delete the automatic top-up, so I'll need to create a ticket for the technical team. I'll get back to you as soon as I receive an update.

      I just setup the auto top-up,

      is it now reflected properly on the system “when tariff is due and balance too low”?
