Bestellung Ware nicht verfügbar was bedeutet das?

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe online einen Vertrag abgeschlossen und im Status steht, dass die Ware nicht verfügbar ist. Doch im Bestellvorgang stand, dass dieser innerhalb 4 Tagen geliefert wird und tatsächlich verfügbar ist !

Kann jemand oder ein MA von der Telekom mehr einsehen wenn ich die Auftragsnummer offenlege um zu erfahren wie lange und wie das jetzt vonstatten läuft?

Andernfalls müsste ich den Vertrag wo anders abschließen.
