Can not get prepaid plan

I bought SIM card oh T mobile and activated my SIM card by T-Mobile authorised shop. With my Indian passport. And I got credit ( Guthaben) . Now I am trying get prepaid plan M through T Mobile App. Unfortunately I can’t not make it due to identification. My Indian passport is not acceptable because there is only EU passport are acceptable.
my question
Every telecommunication companies accept Indian as identification documents , why T mobile is not accept. I contacted customer service and asked them but no answer. I like to write to grievance department of T- Mobile Germany.. How can I get email address of grievance department of T- Mobile Germany. please.

Did you try providing your residency title ("Aufenthaltstitel") as ID? From this page, I believe it might be the document Telekom wants to see.

Thanks. My Aufenthaltstitle is come soon after renewal . I have Filtionscheinigung at this time. That’s why use my passport for verification.
second thing, In T mobile App for prepaid plan , only EU IDENTITY are functioning.

read what I wrote to you about changing tariffs?
For SB cards sold in shops, there is generally a different identification procedure than for SIM cards ordered online or by telephone.
This is not due to the identity document.
As already mentioned, neither an identity document nor a new identification procedure is required for a tariff change.
I tried to call you, but unfortunately I couldn't reach you.
What tariff do you currently have and what tariff would you like to have?
When would be a good time for a phone call?

Unfortunately, I was unable to reach you on the mobile phone number listed in your profile.
No further identification is required to change your tariff.
It definitely cannot be due to your ID document, as this is not required for this purpose.
I will be happy to help you make the desired tariff change if this is not possible via the MeinMagenta app.
