Cancel prepaid contract and port mobile number to O2

Hello,
I need some help canceling my prepaid contract and wanting to port my number to O2 please.
I've tried to do it online, and calling the phone number is not an option as I can't speak German well.
Can someone please assist, would be very much appreciated.

You can cancel the contract in the customer center and then request porting from the new provider.
It is important that you specify that the number should be ported at the end of the contract.
Or would you like to port the number beforehand, before the contract is canceled?

Your contract will be cancelled on June 22nd and the number is free for a porting to O2.
