Cancelation period MagentaZuHause with Magenta TV

Good morning,

I sent online the 22nd of June the cancellation request, and only now I receive this letter telling me that the cancellation is only effective in April 2020 ?

How can it be? I would accept three months in worst case, but this looks like an abuse of customer rights.

I started in the contract in September 2015 even about yearly extensions this doesnt make sense.

Any advice and recommendation even from Telekom support team to accelerate the cancel of this contract is welcome.

      Unfortunately I could not reach you by phone.
      Your contract began 25.04.2017. This means that your cancellation would have had to arrive with us on 24.03.2019 at the very latest. Our terms of agreement state a period of four weeks prior to the anniversary.
      You sent us your cancellation on 22.06.2019. Your contract had already been extended for another twelve months on the 25.03.2019.

      Sorry, I was with the bicycle when you called.

      So, I got a new contract when I upgraded from Magenta S to M, therefore the missmatch on dates.

      Now, which options I have if I must leave my rented house because the son of my landlord needed it?  He also have contract with telekom. How can run two contracts in parallel for the same household?

      I guess I might have opportunity to move the contract to my new house, where I was deciding which supplier to use. Please let me know.
