Cancellation of Contract- Mobile

I have been converted from Vodafone to the T-Mobile recently by two representatives who has promised me that they are changing all the Fiber Connections across Dusseldorf with Vodafone to T-Mobile without any additional cost. They told I would be getting Two SIM cards as welcome offer without any additional cost. But later I received a Contract stating 59.95 and 19.95 Euros per month for two years. Now please help me to cancel these two contracts. I can't afford to pay this huge amount.

      Hi @Kalyan

These were pushers on behalf of Telekom, such as Ranger or Paschke.

They talk a lot when the day is long and you want to sign contracts on a commission basis.

If something has been signed, wait for the order confirmation from Telekom and use the cancellation period if you then don't want it.

      Further information:  https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/Festnetz-Internet/Ranger-Informationen-zur-Direktvermarktung-der-Telekom/ta-p/5673046/jump-to/first-unread-message

But if you have already received an invoice, you are definitely no longer within the cancellation period.
The contract can no longer be canceled.

So unfortunately you have to fulfill the contract term.

What could be possible would be a goodwill gesture.
      But this is not guaranteed.

Therefore wait for the @Telekom-hilft-Team .
