Can’t find my Kundennummer

Hello,

I recently ported my number to Telekom, and since then I can’t find my Kundennummer.

I read that it’s available in invoices, but I haven’t got any invoices other than the one when paying for the sim, and it’s missing this number.

      This page -> https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/vertrag-rechnung/vertrag/meine-daten/kundennummer?samChecked=true  should help. If you do not understand it, use Google Translate or something similar to translate it.

      I tried the other options in this page, but in one if the steps it again asks for my kundennummer, which I am looking for!

      I’m glad to hear that you have found the customer number in the meantime. Please let me know next week whether the setup of the automatic top-up has worked. If it hasn’t, we will need to involve the technical team!
