Datenbonus in der App sichtbar aber nicht auswählbar

Hallo Team,

bei mir ist in der App der Datenbonus sichtbar, läßt sich jedoch nicht mehr öffnen (freez).
Option war bisher immer verfügbar, nun zum neuen Monat 11/23 nicht mehr.

Alle anderen Funktionen ok. Updates und Software Apple sind auf dem neusten Stand.
App wurde bereits neu installiert, brachte keinen Erfolg.

Könnt Ihr Abhilfe schaffen?🙂
