Datenbonus Prepaid kann nicht aktiviert werden

Hallo,

ich habe 2 neue Rufnummern. Leider lässt sich bei diesen der Datenbonus nicht aktivieren. Immer wenn ich in der App auf Datenbonus drücke, tut sich garnichts. Bei der Hauptrufnummer funktioniert es einwandfrei.

Wo liegt der Fehler?
