DayPass funktioniert nicht trotz 3G

Hallo,

mein Mann und ich haben beide Daypass Ländergruppe geladen; beim IPhone 14 funktioniert es, beim iPhone XS funktioniert Internet trotz 3G Verbindung nicht. Alle Mobilfunkeinstellungen sind identisch. Hat jemand noch eine Idee? Ist das Zurücksetzen der Netzwerkeinstellungen ein Risiko? Es soll ja nicht noch weniger funktionieren....danke
