Hallo, habe seit einiger Zeit das grüne Lauflicht und das Wlan Licht geht aus, am Speedport hybrid pro. Eines vorweg, mein Speedport hybrid pro hat noch nie ein automatisches Firmware Update gemacht. Musste dies immer manuell machen. Jetzt hatte ich vor kurzem die FW 120 133.2.5.035.0 installiert und hatte seitdem dieses Lauflicht und Internetabbrüche. Störung angerufen, Werksreset gemacht. Es hat dann 1 Woche funktioniert. Störung angerufen, die konnten sich das auch nicht erklären. Dann festgestellt, dass es ein Firmware Update gibt, Mitarbeiterin von der Störung wusste dies auch nicht. Also Firmware 120133.2.5.036.4 installiert. Das war Samstag 4.6.. Montag 6.6.wieder Lauflicht aber kein Internetabbruch. Ich war zufällig dabei als das Lauflicht anging. Habe in den System Meldungen nachgeschaut und in dem Moment hat der Speedport 'Das Gerät mit der Firmware Version 120133.2.5.036.4 kontaktiert den Konfigurations-Service'. Ab dem Zeitpunkt war dann das Lauflicht.Diese Problem gibt es anscheinend schon seit Ende letzten Jahres und es ist bis jetzt noch nichts passiert. Warum macht mein Speedport kein automatisches Update? Auch wenn ich auf 'Update suchen' klicke, kreiselt der rote Ring stundenlang. Danke für die Hilfe

So, heute habe ich Jubiläum . 1 Woche läuft der Router ohne Probleme. Also lag es an der Hardware. Da hätte ich noch 100 Werksresets durchführen können und es hätte nichts gebracht. Das einzige Problem das ich mit dem Austausch Speedport Pro hatte, war, dass das Teil ziemlich schmuddelig ankam. Habe ihn erstmal feucht abgewischt. Bin gespannt wie lange es problemlos läuft. Please help me with deleted e-sim, i need new activation qr code. I dont have any more access to my esim card so i cannot receive sms when i try to order new qr code over “Contract Details > My SIMs > Settings > Security Check >SIMExchange > Change SIM card type > Next > eSIM profile > Activation code > Confirm”

Call the support hotline at 2202, they should be able to help you out. If the operator does not speak English, hang up and call again until you find someone who does.

Moreover, you have the possibility to go to one of our Telekom Shops they can hand you also one.

Maybe this option is faster because I have to send you a new QR code via post.
