I topped up my credit and the charge went through to my bank but the app says the transaction failed and I wasn’t charged? Now I have 30 EUR gone that hasn’t applied to my number. Can I please have some help?

still the same status? Or did anything change?
Here is a webpage that lists the different options to check your current credit status:
Prepaid: Guthaben abfragen | Telekom Hilfe
a) MeinMagenta App
b) SMS code (see webpage for code)
c) call 2000 for the respective service (no idea whether they speak English)
d) login to the Kundencenter (customer center if you have an account there)
Maybe you could try the SMS code next. There have been several reports here in the community that there are still some bugs left in the MeinMagenta App.

I'm sorry to read that you are facing difficulties while trying to charge your prepaid tariff. @Coole Katze already listed the possible options for recharging your prepaid card.
Did you got your credit in the meantime?
