EU-Flat funktioniert nicht

Hallo,

ich bin zur Zeit in Spanien. Leider funktioniert meine Flatrate nicht. Ich habe den Tarif Magenta Mobil M 2. Generation. Datenroaming ist aktiviert. Ich werde immer aufgefordert, eine Auslandsoption zu buchen (Dayflat ...).

Ist mein Tarif richtig eingestellt bzw. was kann ich tun? Danke vorab für die Hilfe.
