Ich habe beim Aufladen der Prepaidkarte meines Sohnes beim Eingeben die alte online Vorlage der Bank des alten Handys fälschlicherweise mit 30.- Euro aufgeladen. Was kann ich tun, damit ich die 30.- Euro auf das zu benutzende Handy transferieren kann ?
