Hotline kontaktiert und Antwortmail läuft auf Fehler

Ich habe die Business Geschäftskunden Hotline kontaktiert und per Mail eine Antwort bekommen.

Wenn ich auf antworten klicke, geht die Mail an die gk-noreply@telekom.de, und diese kommt dann gleich wieder zurück mit dem Hinweis "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender"

So, wie kann ich jetzt der Hotline auf ihre Fragen per Mail antworten??
