Hi!

I have an account registered with a phone number. Now, I have actuvated another SIM card with the same personal data as the main one but doesn’t appear on my profile, neither does in the app.

how do I do so both of these numbers show up in my app and in my kundencenter?

To add mobile numbers to the Telekom login, proceed as follows:

In the Customer Center, click on the "Add contract" ("Vertrag hinzufügen".) tile.

Select the item "Add existing contract" ("Bestehenden Vertrag hinzufügen").

Now you have the option to add additional mobile phone numbers.
Note: You can only add phone numbers that are assigned to the same mobile phone customer number. If necessary, you will have to have our customer service merge the customer numbers.

contacting call center they were able to merge ny numbers into one account.
