How do I add my phone number to my profile?

When I go to my profile and try to edit, I only see Salutation, Name, Surname and the email address. There is no phonenumber field. I don’t have customer account, can it be the reason? Help team wanted to contact me but I don’t see the option in my profile tbh.

Hello @Mck89,
when you go to edit your profile, you should see an additional switch below the box for your e-mail address. Next to that switch it should say "Ich erteile die Einwilligung für die Verwendung meiner Daten." If you press it, you should be able to see the text boxes for your mobile phone number and customer-ID. You can simply leave the customer-ID box empty and fill in your mobile phone number.
This way, we can reach you via phone in the future.
