Hello, I lost my phone with a SIM card, how can I get an eSIM with the same number if I can’t receive SMS because the SIM card is lost? Is it possible to receive it by email?

you can order it via hotline, they can activate ist immediately if you provide the E-ID of the phone

Unfortunately we have to provide authentication by telephone.
Therefore, the quickest way is to go to a Telekom shop tomorrow - with your ID card.
Our colleagues give you an eSIM profile or a new SIM card.
