You can try the automatic login, then you don't need a customer number.

Hello @charles_lu ,
every customer has a customer number.
In order to create a login, a customer number is needed. :)
You received the number with the "Auftragsbestätigung" (order confirmation).

Thank you for your reply. After I click on personal data, it prompts me to log in, and here I need to fill in my customer number, so I cannot access My profile.
