Hello,

I lost my SIM card recently, and want to order the replacement. I tried calling the helpline but it's in German, and I can't understand it.

I tried whatsapp chat, they just pointed me to the helpline. 

What should I do? I am currently not in Germany, so can't take help from friends/colleagues.
