So, as requested, I’ve now set up the switch to the Prepaid XL plan for you. But not for July 24th — instead, it will take effect tomorrow, June 26th.

The issue was that I couldn’t switch directly from the MagentaMobil Gönn plan. I first had to take an intermediate step by moving you to the MagentaMobil S Young Flex plan, and from there, I was able to initiate the change to Prepaid XL.
It all sounds a bit complicated — and unfortunately, it is from a system point of view — buuut the good news is that you’ll have your desired plan starting tomorrow.

You can use it to top up your contract tomorrow, and then everything will be good to go.
