Switch from postpaid to prepaid

I am currently on postpaid service (no term contract). I would like to switch to a prepaid plan and retain my current mobile number. Could you please advise me on the best way to proceed with this request? I'd need help in English. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

      It' a tariff change.

      Possible after thhe minimum duration of your existing contract.

      Check in advance which prepaid tariff fits your needs,

      no multi-SIM with prepaid...

      As requested, your contract will be switched to the Prepaid M plan on May 5. You can then top up your credit either via the Mein Magenta app or through other available methods.

      Once the plan has been paid with sufficient credit, the option will be activated.

      If the end of your contract’s binding period has already been reached, we can switch you to a prepaid tariff. Of course, your phone number will stay the same. ✅

      If the binding period hasn’t ended yet, a one-time fee may apply. 📱

      You should be able to use the data included in your contract within the next few minutes, once the refund has been processed. ✅

      Otherwise, the navigation should be as follows: Prepaid Aufladen > Historie (in German). 😊
