Immediate Cancellation Request

Hello,

I am having an issue with canceling my contract. I have left Germany in January and I have been still getting charges on my bank account with a total of 240€. I wish to have this refunded an my contract cancelled. A worker at the shop told me everything was cancelled but it hasn’t been the case. I work in the Air Force, so I’m required to move. Now I’m living back in the US, so I’m needing assistance.

      if you move abroad, you have a special right of termination in accordance with §60 of the Telecommunications Act and can terminate your contract online with 1 month's notice using our termination form for landline:

      or mobile:
      https://www.telekom.de/kontakt/e-mail-kontakt/mobilfunk/kuendigung telephony.
      This also applies in the event that you receive the marching orders.

      You can also view your phone bills and all tariff data in the online customer center or the MeinMagenta App.
