Port request cancellation - Telekom

Dear all,

 

Let me explain the things in sequence for better understanding,

1. Raised request to port the DSL  (Wi-Fi) contract from Vodafone to Telekom. As per the welcome letter from the Telekom my contract date starts on 08.05.2023.
2. Unfortunately, I am good to go now (Work contract got terminated due to some business reasons)
3. I tried reaching Vodafone to terminate my DSL contract. But they are asking me to cancel the porting request from Telekom side to proceed further,

Below is the details for quick reference.

Can someone help me how to cancel the porting request from Telekom end ?

    I do not understand what exactly you mean with that. Will you be leaving Germany soon? Then it will be quite easy to terminate the contract.

     

    In case you have ordered online or via phone (but not in a shop): it is easy to use the "Widerrufsrecht" within 14 days of reception of the order confirmation. As your contract will start only in one year from now probably so far you do not have an order confirmation, but rather just a reception confirmation from Telekom. Also in this case do use the Widerrufsrecht.
