Internet installation failure

Hello,
I am writing in English as my German is not very good, sorry about that.
First, I have to say that I was a customer of Telekom some years ago, and was already unhappy, so at the time, I changed provider.
Now, I am moving to a newly build appartement, contacted multiple internet provider for glassfiber, and all of them told me to go to telekom as it seems they have exclusivity on my building. I also checked the installation, a telekom modem was already there, so in the end I resigned myself to call telekom and to start a glasfiber contract.
Few days later, comes the technician to make the installation, it takes few hours as he has to call the hotline for some reason, and in the end, tells me that there is a problem and that another technician has to come to fix it, and that it will take 3 days or less. He leaves everything uninstalled, the screws in the middle, I am unable to close the cabinet containing the modem anymore as the installation is not finished...
After waiting wuth patience 5 days, I decide to call the hotline to know when the technician is going to come, and to my big surprise, they cannot tell me... I called multiple times and same answer, no way to get a technician to fix the problem and the installation...
The problem is that now, 10 days after the first appointment, I have to move to my new appartement, I am working from home and need a stable internet connection, and I have no solution...
Telekom sent a LTE modem (far from being 4G , and far from my need which is glassfiber...) with a sim card blocked to 60Gb that I consumed in less than a day, and fully prevented to continue working on that day.
Is there anyone that has an idea about how to speed up an appointment with the technician, or maybe I am calling the wrong hotline? I am puzzled by the fact that the hotline cannot provide a date...
In normal situation I would have called another provider, but here I am fully blocked with telekom...
Maybe someone would have a solution to my problem.

Is this a joke? Are you watching 4k videos during your working hours?
Good to know: Telekom offers private contracts and business contracts. You have postet in the private section. Your requirements seem to stem from business customers.

To me it sounds as if there is a problem with the cable that needs to be fixed. This is s.th. that needs experts - and this can last longer.
As you point out so often that you basically hate Telekom - maybe you should consider to cancel the contract.

Hello,
I am experiencing the same situation. After waiting for 19 days, technician came and left without installing it. He said -I- need to call an electrician to solve the issue. However, I do not even know what is the issue. Can you help?

Hi @Eylül Çiçek,
since my colleague mentioned an electrician, the issue is most likely the cable connection between the main internet access point in the building, APL and your internet wall socket.
With all the other issues that could prevent your connection, an electrician is not allowed to fix it, since you need to access our infrastructure.
