Habe am 10.12.2021 Komplettausfall meines Internettes gehabt!

im Gespräch am Abend wurde mir kostenlos eine 100derter Leitung inclusive Router zugesagt!

Jetzt bekomme ich meine Rechnung und muss feststellen das die 100derter Leitung nicht Kostenlos ist!

was soll das denn ?

wen muss ich anrufen damit das Geklärt und Geändert wird ?
