Kein Telefondienst Mobil

Hallo ! Am 03.05.2020 hab ich, wie immer ,eine Bestätigungs SMS für mein Magenta M Prepaid Guthaben erhalten. Trotzdem steht mir seitdem der Telefondienst nicht zur Verfügung ( Telefonansage) und mein Internet ist so schlecht, dass nicht mal whattsapp funktioniert.
Wenn jemand Abhilfe weiss ,wäre ich sehr dankbar

ich bin etwas ratlos.
Was passiert wenn du dich selbst anrufst?
ich würde mal die 2202 bzw. 08003302202 (Übers Festnetz) anrufen.
