Hallo,

ich habe mir gestern ein Handy mit Vertrag bestellt und habe mich danach auch erfolgreich über die Nect App Identifiziert. Eine Rufnummermitnahme habe ich ebenfalls beauftragt.
Bisher habe ich leider noch keine Auftragsbestätigung erhalten. Könnt ihr mir bitte weiterhelfen?
