Magenta 1 Vorteil bei Mitarbeiterverträgen?

Hallo, ich habe einen Mobilfunk - und Festnetzvertrag als Telekom Mitarbeiter.

Beide Verträge kann ich nicht über Magenta1 zusammenführen.

Es kommt immer der Hinweis dies geht aktuell nicht wende dich an den Kundenservice.

Kennt das Problem jemand sonst ruf ich nächste Woche mal dort an.
