MagentaMobil Start L Freiminuten auch für Bestandskunden

Hallo,

 

bei Abfrage meiner Freiminuten per *100*3# kommt folgende Meldung:  "Von 100 Tarif-Inklusiv Minuten sind noch 222 verfügbar".

Frage: Werden nicht verbrauchte Freiminuten übernommen?

 

Über eine Antwort würde ich mich freuen.

    Ich kann Dir aber nicht sagen, was jetzt genau der Punkt für diese (falsche) Anzeige ist. Übertragen wird da auf jeden Fall nichts.

    Hallo zusammen, leider sind die Freiminuten doch übertragen worden, zumindest in dem Fall aus dem anderen Thread. Das heißt es handelt sich nicht um einen Anzeigefehler, denn das System gibt die korrekte Auskunft weiter, denn genau die Anzahl an Minuten ist aktuell vorhanden. Leider gibt es noch keine Auskunft, wieso dies der Fall ist. @jockel3108, ich würde Ihre Daten gerne zur Analyse weiterleiten, ist das okay? Viele Grüße Stefanie W.

    die Analyse ist zwar noch nicht endgültig abgeschlossen, jedoch teilen die Kollegen mit, dass hier ein technischer Fehler vorliegt. Auch wenn es schön wäre, gehen Sie bitte nicht davon aus, dass dieses Verhalten jetzt so bleibt. Zwinkernd

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
