Hallo, ich habe Magenta Cloud M gekündigt, der entsprechende Betrag wird aber immer noch abgebucht. Ich habe es über 08003301000 versucht, aber die angekündigte Wartezeit von 45 Minuten!! Ist inakzeptabel. Wo bzw. kann ich mich beschweren?

      Danke für die Mühe, nach 25 Minuten Wartezeit konnte ich mein Problem telefonisch lösen
