MobilityConnect not possible to be booked

Hello, I'm trying to connect my phone to my BMW. I follow the instructions to the letter, and the personal eSim option is definitely supported by my car. However, I receive each time the same message from Telekom Portal that MobilityConnect option is unbookable so I cannot finalize the connection and book the option. I've checked for past threads here and any solutions posts on this topic. It looks like the problem is well known and reoccurring, In each case, this issue gets solved only by Telekom employees by somehow unlocking this option to allow MobilityConnect booking. Many thanks for any suggestion or support and apologies if this is not the right place for this topic!
