Multi SIM gekündigt, wurde nicht registriert

Hallo, habe meine Multi-SIM bereits im September im Kundencenter Mobilfunk gekündigt, in der Oktober-Rechnung werden die Multi-SIM Kosten wiederum aufgeführt.

Warum hat das mit der Kündigung nocht funktioniert, was habe ich falsch gemacht?
