My cancellation request within 14 days of activation is not under progress

Dear Whom may it concerns, 

I ordered a SIM card and I found the contract was not I meant. 

After acknowledge of incorrect contract, I requested to cancel my order. 

During the process of cancellation request, I was unsure regarding the data, I asked to check via Whatsapp whether the data was correct or not. 

Everything seemed to be fine and I received an email that Telekom is confirming to receive my request. 

It was 17th of February  and I have any update on this matter. 

I asked the progress on 23rd of February via whatsapp and the kunden service via Whatsapp raised another request to cancel. 

Still there is any update from Telekom and today I tried to ask the progress via Whatsapp but they told me that unfortunately we cannot find data of mine and your termination validity of cancelation is expired. 

I was really surprised how the things gone through. 

In short I would like to cancel the order, check data with kunden service, and I received an confirmation of recipient of my email. 

Now I already paid for first invoice on Feb and is going to be invoice for second one during I am struggling with kunden service via whatsapp. 

I definitely would like to resolve this issue. 

I can send every captured data for my request and history of discussion in whatsapp to clarify what was going on in my case. 

Let me know what I can do more
