My customer number isn't working on the Magenta app

Hi!
I have a prepaid Sim card, I'm trying to access my data usage on the Magenta app, but when it's time to add my customer number the app keeps telling me : "the customer number could not be added, please try again!"

did you add your prepaid plan in the customer center via browser?
You can also choose to log in via phone number. :)
