HILFE! Gestern wurde mein Magenta Mobil in den 5G Jahrestarif umgestellt... ich konnte das Geld einzahlen, Datennutzung lief auch direkt wie ich in meinem Kundenkonto sehen konnte ... und heute tut gar nichts mehr. Mein Kundenkonto ist leer, keine Rufnummern mehr vorhanden, meine SIM-Karte ist deaktiviert...
