No internet despite 35 eur balance
vor einem Jahr
I have purchased the Magenta XL prepaid sim card with 14gb about one week ago, yesterday I received a message that my data was completely consumed and I needed to top up my balance I went on telekom website to purchase 15 eur balance but it did not work, I went to telekom shop where I bought 20 eur balance but still no internet in my phone, I dial *100# and it says my balance is now 35 eur but I dont have access to internet despite I have a good network (3 bars) and it shows 5G on my phone but no internet connection is made, what seems to be the problem?

Hi @Naima1
You now have to buy additional data volume.
This can be done in the customer center or at https://pass.telekom.de (WLAN off).

Hello, thank you for your reply, when you say I have to buy additional data do you mean I have to pay again even if now I have 35eur in my balance or is there a way to activate data volume using my current credit, this is my first time doing this so if you have a tutorial page or video I can follow please share it with me.

No.
Yes of course. Thats the normal way ... Buying Credit which is loaded to your account. After that use the credit in your prepaid account to buy something .... e.g. a new datapass.
Just visit https://pass.telekom.de/home?lang=en with your mobile phone.
Btw. if you consume 14 GB wihtin one week, You should think about whether this is really the right contract/plan for you. Additional data is really expensive

Hello @Naima1 and welcome to the community.
As @→Mataimaki← and @RoadrunnerDD already wrote, you just have to book new data volume via pass.telekom.de.
I'm happy to read that it's working normal again.
Feel free to write again if you need help with more questions or other requests.
Have a nice evening.
Kind regards
Malte M.
