No Update On New Order

i became a telekom customer for the first time this week because i kept hearing how telekom is best than other providers. So i went to the shop and got a new simcard with a handy . Later on, my spouse also wanted a telekom line, so i ordered a pluskarte from the app as currently she is using another provider on a prepaid line.
Today is the third day and no update on this order, we dont know if it will be delivered or not. Now since we have a telekom shop 20 kms away, am thinking of just changing this order and picking up in the shop.
Can someone advise if this is possible ? otherwise i have to cancel and go back with another provider as this is not the service level i expected at all 😑
