Congstar gibt trotz opt-in die Portierung zu Telekom nicht pünktlich

frei!

Im Kundencenter ist die Sim als Aktiv gemeldet!

Die Sim Karte ist nicht ersetzt worden. Es wurde bei der Telekom Portierungs Hotline dann gesagt

es liegt bei Congstar!???

Und die Hotline der Telekom ist ein Alptraum.

Meine Stimme ist.....mein Passwort, letzte 6 Stellen der Iban, Buchungskontonummer, Kundennummer,

usw.!!!!!!!!!!!!
