Porting Aldi talk mobile number to Telekom

On June 8 I filled a form in Telekom website in order to port my Aldi Talk number to Telekom.

I received an email from Telekom saying that they started the process to port my number and that they opt-in and that I should receive an email or message from Aldi Talk in the following days.

 

So far, I haven't received any message from Aldi Talk and I am afraid of losing my number. Im not sure if Aldi Talk is taking ages to process it or if I filled the form incorrectely, eg. palcing the zero before the number even though it is not really part of the phone number.

 

Sadly my german is not good enough to call the support and proceed from there.

What should i do to solve it? I am considering filling the form again without the leading zero.
