Wie kann man bei Prepaid Anrufe / SMS ins Ausland (außer ins Heimatnetz) sperren?

*332*7777*10# (bzw. *11# für Fax / *16# für SMS) geht nicht!

Der Support kann das offenbar auch nicht sperren - sagt der Chat.

Was soll das? Ich war bis gestern bei Congstar, davor bei Penny! Da geht so was einfach und es ist das gleiche Mobilfunknetz :-(
