Prepaid Aufladung funktioniert nicht.

Hallo,

mein Konto zeigt an, das seit dem 17.04.2024 meine Karte wieder aufgeladen worden ist. Aber auf der Magenta-App steht , das nur noch 0,06 Cent Guthaben ist. Ich kann auch nicht telefonieren, obwohl die Bestätigung der automatischen Prepaid-Aufladung mir per Mail von Telekom bestätigt worden ist. Wer kann mir da weiter helfen?
