Prepaid bestellt aber keine Bestätigung erhalten

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe am 11.06.2025 eine Prepaid Karte über meinen bestehenden Account bestellt (bin bereits Festnetz Kunde) und mich auch mit Nect Wallet ausgewiesen. Nun sind leider 3 Tage vergangen und ich habe keinerlei Informationen erhalten, auch keine Bestätigung.

Kommt da noch etwas?
