Hallo, ich habe eine Prepaidkarte in eine Pluskarte umgewandelt, zum 23.9.. Auf der Prepaidkarte war noch ein Restguthaben, ich dachte, dass wir mir zurück überwiesen, aber bisher ist nichts passiert…..
