Hallo,

ich habe eine neue Prepaid-Karte, leider lässt Sie sich anscheinend nicht online aktivieren. Die Kartenummer passt aber. Die Hotline kann ich ohne Netz nicht anrufen und beim Kontaktformular benötige ich eine Kundennummer - die ich noch gar nicht habe. Deshalb hoffe ich hier um Hilfe.
