Hallo,

Ich habe eine Prepaid Karte und diese längere Zeit nicht genutzt.

Jetzt brauche ich sie wieder, habe 15 Euro aufgeladen, sie funktioniert aber nicht. 

Was muß ich machen, dass sie wieder geht?
